1. 収集する情報とその利用目的

pyonkai-technology（以下「運営者」）は、Kumd（以下「本サービス」）において、以下の最小限の情報を収集・処理します：

  • ノート本文およびMarkdownファイル: ユーザーが執筆・編集したメモやファイルは、ユーザーの端末内ローカルストレージ、およびユーザー自身のGoogle アカウントに紐づく Google Drive にのみ保存されます。運営者は独自サーバーを一切運用しておらず、運営者のサーバーにノート本文やファイル名が送信・保存されることは恒久的にありません。
  • Google Drive API による同期データ: Google Drive との同期機能を提供するために、Google Drive API（スコープ: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file）を使用します。本サービス自身が作成したファイル、またはユーザーが明示的に開いたファイル・フォルダに対してのみアクセスします。
  • サブスクリプション情報: 有料機能（Kumd Pro）の有効性判定のため（Google Play / RevenueCat SDK経由の匿名IDおよびレシートトークン）。氏名、住所、クレジットカード番号等の金融情報は一切取り扱いません。
  • OAuth認証トークン: Googleアカウント連携のための認証情報は、端末内部（アプリ保護領域）にのみ保持され、運営者のサーバーに送信・保存されることは一切ありません。

2. Google API の限定的使用要件（Limited Use Requirements）への準拠

本サービスがGoogle APIから取得した情報を使用および他のアプリに転送する場合、Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use要件を含む）に厳格に準拠します：

  • アクセスの最小化（Least Privilege）: ユーザーのGoogle Drive全体へのフルアクセス権限は要求せず、アプリ専用スコープ（drive.file）に限定してアクセスします。
  • 第三者提供・AI学習利用の禁止: Google Driveから取得したデータを第三者（広告配信業者、データブローカー等）に開示・販売・譲渡することは一切ありません。また、ユーザーのデータをAIモデルや機械学習の学習データセットとして利用することは恒久的にありません。

3. アプリ内課金と決済代行（RevenueCat）

本サービスの有料サブスクリプションは、Google LLC (Google Play) が販売主体（Merchant of Record）として直接販売および請求を行います。運営者が決済処理を行うことはなく、金融情報を保持することもありません。

課金状態の判定には RevenueCat, Inc. のSDKを利用しています。RevenueCatは匿名化されたアプリ内ユーザーIDおよびストア購入レシート情報のみを取り扱い、金融情報は一切取り扱いません。RevenueCat プライバシーポリシー

4. プライバシー保護とデータ不使用・非保持誓約

運営者によるデータ不使用・非保持誓約: 運営者（pyonkai-technology）は、ユーザーが執筆・保存したMarkdownノートやフォルダ構造等のコンテンツデータを閲覧・収集・蓄積・解析、あるいは第三者への販売・広告目的に利用することは一切ありません。本サービスは完全なローカルファースト設計であり、あなたの思考はあなた自身の手元とGoogle Driveにのみ存在します。

5. 外部送信および第三者提供

本サービスは、機能提供のために以下の信頼された第三者サービスとのみ通信します：

  • Google Drive API (Google LLC): ユーザー自身のGoogle Driveストレージとの自律ファイル同期
  • RevenueCat, Inc.: アプリ内課金サブスクリプションの状態照合および有効期限管理

6. ユーザーの権利とデータ削除

ローカルデータ: 端末内のメモデータは、アプリのアンインストール、またはAndroidの「設定」＞「アプリ」＞「Kumd」＞「ストレージとキャッシュ」＞「ストレージを消去」により、いつでも完全に端末から消去できます。

クラウドデータ: Google Drive上の同期データは、Google DriveアプリまたはWeb版Google Driveより、フォルダおよび配下のファイルをユーザー自身でいつでも削除・ゴミ箱への移動が可能です。

購入履歴消去: RevenueCatに記録された匿名購入履歴の消去を希望される場合は、下記窓口までご連絡ください。

Kumd Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect and Purpose of Use

pyonkai-technology ("Operator", "we", "us") collects and processes the following minimal information to provide the Kumd application ("Service"):

  • Note Content & Markdown Files: Notes and files you create or edit are stored strictly on your local device storage and within your personal Google Drive account. The Operator does not operate intermediary servers. Your notes and file names are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
  • Google Drive API Synchronization: To enable autonomous cloud sync, Kumd accesses files using the restricted scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. We only access files created by Kumd or explicitly opened by you.
  • Subscription Data: To determine the validity of Kumd Pro features, anonymized device IDs and store purchase receipts are processed via RevenueCat SDK and Google Play Billing APIs. We never handle or store credit card details.
  • OAuth Credentials: Authentication credentials required to connect your Google Account are stored locally within the application's private storage on your device. They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2. Google API Limited Use Policy Compliance

Kumd's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

  • Principle of Least Privilege: We never request full Google Drive access; we request only least-privilege folder access (drive.file).
  • No Third-Party Sharing & No AI Training: We never sell, transfer, or provide user content to advertising networks, data brokers, or third parties. Your notes are never used for training AI or machine learning models.

3. In-App Subscriptions and RevenueCat

All paid subscriptions are sold and billed directly by Google LLC (Google Play) as the Merchant of Record. The Operator does not process payments or collect payment card data.

RevenueCat, Inc. is our subscription management partner used to verify subscription status and provide the restore purchase feature. RevenueCat handles anonymized user IDs and purchase receipts only. See: RevenueCat Privacy Policy

4. Zero Data Collection Guarantee

Zero Intermediate Server Commitment: pyonkai-technology never inspects, collects, logs, or monetizes your note content. Kumd is built strictly local-first. Your thoughts remain entirely under your control—on your device and in your personal Google Drive.

5. Third-Party Infrastructure

  • Google Drive API (Google LLC): Direct autonomous file synchronization with your personal cloud drive.
  • RevenueCat, Inc.: In-app subscription lifecycle management and validation.

6. User Data Control & Deletion Rights

Local Data: You can completely erase all local notes anytime by uninstalling the application or clearing storage in device settings.

Cloud Data: Synchronized files in Google Drive can be viewed, managed, or deleted directly by you through Google Drive.

Purchase Records: You may request deletion of anonymized purchase history records by contacting our support team.
